Ecosystems & Circles Matter.
I’ve come across this particular quote on how much influences our environments have in our life, yet never experienced to it’s fullest. I’ve tried to adapt such an ecosystem at home, but it never quite worked out.
Once I moved out to cochin, I was able to feel the essence to it’s fullest. I’ve realised that there are a few factors, which when brought together nurtures this ideal environment. It’s an innate combination of Personal Passions + Healthy Circles + Offline Social Life.
In layman’s terms, I’ve been to the darker depths of loneliness & insanity when I was isolated, back home. The lack of social life, in-person interactions & even tiny unpredictability in daily routine was affecting my productivity so harshly.
Once I moved out, The morning coffee, work talks, random walks, cup ice-creams, binging-together, just, conversing in-person. These teeny-tiny moments gives me so much happiness having been experienced an phase in life where all of this was a long-lost “someday” dream.
We’re always in pursuit of happiness in life. There’s only very few moments where we see through happiness in the moment. Every happy beginning is followed by tons of obstacles along the way. That’s the reality of life. But, to find happiness in the little things, at the moment is where the key lies.
I know I’ve been desperately awaiting the life I’m living today for such a long time & awaiting to say: “I’m happy & content in life, right now.” All of this roots down to our ecosystems. It matters so much.
With this new-born freedom & peace, I’m learning to make the best of my personal time even more efficiently. My personal + social energies have never been more higher than ever now. I’d like to leverage the best outta it.
There’s also a game of perspectives here. I’m indeed faced problems too in this phase. But, embracing an “we’ll figure it out” point of view & appreciating the things we’ve right now is prime.
Isn’t this what life is about?
